Bridget Reimer was born in San Diego, CA but moved around most her life due to being a military family (her father served 22 years in the Navy!).  She attended Carroll College and the University of Phoenix to receive her BS in Human Services and Management.  She is also a licensed agent, has an NSSA Certification and holds her RICP (Retirement Income Certified Professional) designation from the American College of Finance.  Bridget currently resides in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with her husband Joseph, their 4 children and 3 dogs.  She has worked with Family First Life for 10+ years and truly enjoys helping agents grow and succeed.  She is our Director, annuity expert and oversees all operations for the Family First Life SRS division.

Nichole Fleming was born in Coeur d’ Alene Idaho, years later she moved to Post Falls Idaho where she attended school and spent most of her life.  She is married with three girls and now resides in Spokane, WA.  Nichole has a passion for cooking, loves the Pacific Northwest enjoying time with her family and being outside in the warmer weather months.  Nichole has her life/health license and has worked in the life insurance industry for over 10 years.

Financial Services Professional with over 10 years progressive experience, holding positions that range from Executive Senior Advisor, Retirement Planner, Infinite Banking Specialist, and culminating in Founding American Capital Life LLC, an independent financial risk management group.

American Capital Life specializes in helping agents around the country create wealth, pay off debt in a rapid fashion, and maximize tax free loan efficiency.

Scott currently lives in Florida with his amazing wife and dynamic son. In his free time he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, exercising, golfing, and the outdoors.

Lauren Jackson grew up on a wheat farm in eastern Washington and graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Communications. She also has her Life/Health insurance license & NSSA Certification. Lauren now lives in north Idaho with her husband and two dogs and enjoys photography, cooking & walking her dogs. She works with agents to create an annuity plan for their clients through the Ask a Specialist tool as well as overseeing annuity processing!

Navi Salisbury was born and raised in a small town in Southern Idaho. She graduated from Lewis-Clark State College with a BA in Business Administration. Navi moved to Northern Idaho after graduation and has since fallen in love with the area. She enjoys hiking, fishing, and hanging out at the beach with her friends.

Jo-Ann Rogan was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She moved to her current hometown, Philadelphia, to attend Temple University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.  Legal IT became her profession and in her free time, she became a special needs parenting blogger, which she has authored for over a decade. Her blog morphed into a career as a freelance writer and social media manager. Jo-Ann started working with InsuranceDrip while it was still in development, then acted as the social media manager for Family First Life for 18 months which helped her to develop a real passion for working with Life Insurance. When she is not working, you will probably find her at one of her two teenage sons’ twice daily USA swim practices.

Katy was born and raised in North Platte, NE and later moved to Norfolk, NE to attend college. She obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from Northeast Community College in May of 2020. Katy currently lives in Lincoln, NE where she enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and being outdoors.

Tylre Kelley was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, then spent about a decade in Los Angeles, California. She currently resides in Coeur d’Alene Idaho where she studies graphic design and plays roller derby in her free time.

Merissa is from Seattle, WA. She moved to beautiful Coeur d’Alene in 2019 with her dog and 2 cats to follow her dreams of small-town living and starting her own business. Merissa enjoys traveling, karaoke, and paddle boarding on the lake.

Charlotte grew up in San Antonio, TX and now lives in beautiful North Idaho. She attended North Idaho College and graduated with her Associate of Arts in General Education in May of 2022. She has studied cello for most of her life and enjoys arranging music and social dancing in her free time. She is here to assist you in processing your annuity business including scrubbing your annuity application prior to submission and helping with any hiccups in processing along the way!
